If you had a time machine and could go back in time, is there a particular thing that you said to someone you love that you wish you could take back?
There is definite truth to the adage: Once you say it, you can’t take it back.
No matter how hard you try, what you said is already out there – getting it back is impossible. The damage is done.
In relationships, it is too easy for one partner to take the frustrations of life out on the other person. Have you found if you have a hard day at work that you come home and take it out on your partner?
Do you have a filter on your mouth and think before you speak?
Have you been hurt by someone who doesn’t know how to use their filter?
Do you think that it has lifelong repercussions on a relationship when hurtful words are used?
I would love to hear your thoughts on this, please share your comments.
